Returns

Due to the nature of live plants, we have specific return guidelines:

• Plants must be reported within 48 hours of delivery if they arrive damaged or unhealthy
• Please include photos of the plant and packaging in your return request
• We will assess each return request on a case-by-case basis

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
